Katie & Jeremy are getting married this July at the lovely Kohl Mansion! I’m super excited to photograph their wedding, especially since Katie was one of the bridesmaid’s at Katie & JL’s wedding! It’s sure to be another beautiful wedding, and it will be so much fun to see some of the same fun & friendly faces again.

For Katie & Jeremy’s engagement session, we shot in the beautiful Presidio. I had often driven by the gorgeous groves of trees right as the sun was peeking through the branches, wishing I had a couple to photograph. The late light in the Presidio is just magical & I was so excited when these two were up for shooting some of their engagement session there. The image below was exactly why I love this location! Afterwards, we headed out towards Crissy Field for some sweet images in the surrounding buildings and by the Golden Gate Bridge. See more faves below or in their slideshow. Sometimes my job is too easy.  First off, Kate & Mike are one of the sweetest, most loving couples you will ever meet – so in love that they are ridiculously easy to photograph.  And secondly, we live in one of the most beautiful destination spots in the world!!!  The San Francisco Bay Area has it all: beaches, vineyards, redwood forests, mountains, The Golden Gate Bridge… then sprinkle in some dramatic fog and pretty much every interesting person you’d ever want to know, and well you see, it’s pretty dang easy to be a photographer in San Francisco.

This session was actually shot right before Kate & Mike’s wedding at St. Dominic’s & Bimbo’s 365 (see this post and this one), so I’m posting this all out of order.  But since by right before, I mean that we literally shot their session 2 days before their wedding, so it never got fully posted on the blog (just a sneak peek)!  Even still, it was too cute to not post fully, so here are some favorite photographs from the session.

Better yet, you should watch the slideshow here, because it’s even cuter.  Really.  Watch it.  It will make your day.  They are that sweet and fun and full of love.  I promise you will smile.

Kate & Mike are actually getting married this Saturday!!!  We shot these images last night at Crissy Field, as we squeezed in an engagement session and planning meeting for their wedding day!  I am so excited to photograph their wedding.  They’ll be getting married at St. Dominic’s Church in San Francisco, which is just a stunning building (see Stephanie & Tim’s wedding there last year for more images) and then their reception will be at Bimbo’s 365 Club!  These two are so cute and affectionate and just so much fun to capture together.  

Here are just a few faves from their session that I caught after sunset with a video light.  The video light is a new toy for me – and super fun!  Enjoy!
