Stephanie & Tim ~ St. Dominic’s & The Green Room, War Memorial Building

Ooooh…. these two are so in love!!!  While photographing their day, and then again while editing through their images, I must have had the biggest perma-grin.  Really, when you see these two look at one another, you’ll understand.  So sweet.  And inspiring.  I feel so lucky to have been able to witness & capture their wedding day.
The hardest part has been narrowing down the images.  I can only publish a few of my faves here, so please feel free to watch their slideshow for more faves.  To register to view their images, head to their Pictage event here.
Stephanie got ready at the JW Marriott in Union Square in San Francisco.  It was so much fun to capture the getting ready shots here – the room had all this great detail, with polkadotted curtains and great contrasting red & yellow decor.
Stephanie and her family had the sweetest, most tender relationship.  You can see where she got her affectionate and warm personality.  I love this shot with her parents!
Stephanie was so excited as we got ready to head to the church!
Here’s a fun one I grabbed of the guys.  They wanted an “Abbey Road” pic!  So fun!
Stephanie & Tim were married at St. Dominic’s in San Francisco; a gorgeous church in the process of a full restoration.  The architectural elements were off the charts, and I could have photographed there all day long.
This next one has to be one of my absolute favorites of the day!  I just love, love, love how Tim can’t help but smile as he looks at Stephanie.  Seriously, I get all choked up looking at this image.  I am pretty sure, that it’s exactly the look that every person wants to see on their future spouse’s face.
Here’s a fun one I caught in the side-view mirror from the cable car ride to reception!
And then some of my favorite portraits we shot in the courtyard between the War Memorial Buildings, across from San Francisco City Hall.  Another dreamy set of shots with the 85L lens – I’m so  in love with this lens!
Here’s one with a fun vintage action called “Old Skool” from Totally Rad Actions.  So fun – I love both names – and I love, love, love this action.
Beautiful, San Francisco City Hall!
And then, my definite fave from the day – Stephanie & Tim’s first dance.  I turned off my flash for this shot, and just used available light so that I could capture the rays of sunlight that were streaming into the room, as someone had placed an order with the sun for some natural, dramatic spotlights.  So good.
The reception at The Green Room was amazing!  Stephanie & Tim’s friends and family gave beautiful toasts and really know how to shake it on the dancefloor!  Feel free to view more fun images in the slideshow.
Gustavo & Melissa both caught some great shots as well – it’s always so fun to shoot with such a great team!
Thanks so much Stephanie & Tim for letting us be a part of your amazing day!
